Using Thailand Diary
You may use Thailand Diary for personal trip planning and legitimate business enquiries. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, impersonate others or attempt unauthorised access.
Information can change
Events, timetables, prices, availability, transport and operator policies can change. Thailand Diary provides independent guidance and planning tools, not a guarantee that third-party information remains unchanged. Always confirm final details with the provider.
Third-party bookings
Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, payments and booking contracts are made directly with the external operator or booking platform. Thailand Diary does not currently hold customer funds. The provider’s terms, cancellation rules and privacy policy apply.
Diary content
You are responsible for information and media you add to a diary and for having permission to store or share it. Do not add sensitive personal information or content you do not have permission to use.
Intellectual property
Thailand Diary’s original branding, writing, layouts and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Thailand Diary is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, changed details, travel disruption or decisions made without confirming provider information.
