You don't need thousands of followers or professional equipment. Curiosity, reliability and a genuine love of Thailand matter more.
Assignments are agreed individually. They may involve a hosted experience, paid work or another explicitly agreed arrangement. Applying guarantees none of these.

Do I need followers?
No. First-time reviewers are welcome; there is no follower threshold.
What can I review?
Hotels, restaurants, tours, attractions and local discoveries, agreed with the team.
How are opportunities arranged?
We review applications privately and agree each assignment individually.
Is payment guaranteed?
No. Any payment or hosted arrangement must be expressly agreed before an assignment.
Must reviews be positive?
No. Reviews must reflect the genuine experience; a business cannot buy or veto a review.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Hosted stays, complimentary meals, gifted activities, paid collaborations and affiliate links are clearly identified where relevant.
Working with Thailand Diary never guarantees a positive review.
We credit contributors, respect local people and cultures, and welcome corrections when something isn't right.
